- APPEND is the first network of Christian Development NGOs in the Philippines. It is one of the largest microfinance networks and counts as member the first microfinance-oriented thrift bank in the country. As of December 2008, the APPEND network is serving more than two million clients nationwide. APPEND is motivated by Jesus Christ’s call to serve the poor. The APPEND Network board and management staff believes that the Kingdom of God is a kingdom of expansion not limitation. Thus, APPEND plans to grow its client base to 5 million poor by 2015. This expansion plan is not for fame nor fortune but for the less privileged Filipino households to experience the fullness of life that God intends for all.
